Our client is a privately owned Chinese Investment bank and they are currently looking for proactive Institutional Equity Sales at VP/ED level to join the Institutional Equity team, details as follow:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the developing and maintaining business relationship with institutional clients, including but not limited to asset managers, insurers, fund house, corporates, & family offices.

• Drive equity sales including IPO underwritting and secondary market placements 

• Source and originate business opportunities on equity products to achieve the sales target

• Responsible for business development of secondary market trading 

• Provide professional investment advices and research products to institutional investors

• Perform sales services and account management duties for major institutional clients

• Work closely with research and trading team to provide market insight to clients 

• Handle institutional clients due diligence, onboarding and other KYC requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualification will be an advantage

• At least 5 years institutional equity sales experience. working experience in Chinese names preferred

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Sound analytical skills and experience in capital market activities

• Strong sales and communication skills, attention to details and task-oriented

• Highly self-motivated and a team play, can work under pressure

• Native or fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese would be plus
