Responsibilities:

• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of a mixed portfolio of high class RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL & RETAIL premises

• Implement leasing strategy, participate in the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies and handle relevant lease administration

• Maintain excellent relationship with tenants and real estate agents

• Analyze market trends as well as prepare budget forecast and leasing reports 

Requirements:

• University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines

• At least 3 years’ solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail, residential and/or industrial premises

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Proficient in MS applications

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
