Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing emails from the order department
Review, update, track the order processing status into the system
Communicate with relevant departments to address customer needs and resolve issues related to order changes or abnormal issues
Organize and archive order records
Strong teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish tasks
Ability to handle English daily emails efficiency
Requirements:
HKCEE / DSE holder, preferably with 2 year of working relevant experiences
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, strong organizational and sense of responsibility
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Chinese and English typing
Immediate available is highly preferred
Location : Tsim Sha Tsui
Laboring Time:
5 days per week
Working hours from 9:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.
Monthly wage starting from HK$16,000 (negotiable based on relevant experience; adjustable depends on performance after employment)
