Human Resources Officer / Senior

Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to employee relations, training & development and HR project

Implement and manage talent management and career progression programs for the high potential individuals, including identification of talent, succession planning, development programs, performance assessment and tracking.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Improve employee engagement and communication by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and proper communication channels.

Provide support on annual exercises includes performance management, salary and bonus review

Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management, staff medical and life insurance scheme

Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline would be preferred

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in all-round HR function, Strong in ER or T&D would be advantage

Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Self-motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team

Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibilities
