We are looking to fill a position in the Teaching Assistant Team. Teaching assistants play an important role in the delivery of our excellent service. They operate our programmes, support our teachers and they evaluate their performance. The key to performing these functions well is to be proactive and hands-on. This position will be most suitable to candidates who are mature, patient, well-organised and a problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for class commencement and class operations (non-teaching tasks, e.g. pick-up/ dismissal of students).

• Communicate with our Native-speaking English teachers and accompany them to schools.

• Assist teachers in classroom management (e.g. handling students’ misbehavior/ monitoring examinations).

• Act as our quality controller by observing and evaluating teacher performance.

• Handle parents’ enquiry at schools.

• Work on weekdays and/ or Saturdays (depends on schedule and mutual agreement).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree holder

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

• Detailed-minded and well-organized

• Mature, good work attitude and ethics

• Prior working experience in the education industry is an advantage
