Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction drawing on in-depth insights into educational trends

• Drive business development and generating innovative ideas to expand the reach and impact of our programmes and services

• Plan, schedule, and design publications and promotional materials

• Design marketing materials and update company website regularly

• Manage and optimise the brand presence on key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, by creating content, posting regularly

• Handle event management, including planning, coordinating, and executing the annual inter-primary school spelling competition to enhance brand visibility and strengthen educational partnerships

• Conduct regular school visits and participate in educational exhibitions to collect market insights, build relationships, and analyse data to inform marketing strategies

• Assist in the preparation of study tours

• Support any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines

• 3 years or above working experience in marketing industry

• Proactive, creative, responsible, well-organised and a good team player

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and proficient usage of AI tools

• Strong computer skill and good communication skill
