Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection process including posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, facilitating on-board arrangements and following up new join documents, etc.

• Support Training Subsidy Scheme and training sessions

• Assist in coordinating employee relations activities, such as AGM cum Annual Dinner and Christmas Party, etc.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure operational smoothness

• Handle staff enquiries in a professional manner

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• 1 year's relevant experience is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Self-initiated, Detailed-oriented with strong sense of responsibilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediately available is preferred
