HELKA Global Logistics Limited is a leading logistics provider in Hong Kong and China. Established 40 years ago, the company has a proven track record of providing high-quality solutions and services to clients locally and overseas.

HELKA is now seeking Airfreight Operations to join a growing logistics team.  

Position Summary – Able to handle a full set of air export/import documents, billing invoices, operations, consolidation, support the sales team, and communications with overseas customers.  

Principal Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

·         Follow the handling procedures established by the management.

·         Follow up on the status of the shipments

·         To communicate with carriers and co-loaders

·         Coordinate with overseas offices/agents/customers

·         To handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing & etc.

·         Complete the house and master air waybills and any other shipping documents according to the Shipper’s Letter of Instruction and any further instructions on the SOP.

·         Verify the correctness of documents provided by the customer service and sales team.

·         Perform “GIGA” issue HAWB and process declaration under “TRADELINK”

·         Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager 

Job specifications for successful performance:

·         F.5 or above with 1-2 years of working experience in the logistics industry

·         Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

·         Preferably a certificate holder in the basic air cargo course

·         Good at calculation, data entry, and typing

·         Willing to work overtime

·         Reliable, Organized, Hardworking, Honest, and Team-player
