Airfreight Operations Clerk / Trainee

Job Description

  • Handling full set of air freight export documents;
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties for proper cargo loading and consolidation plans;
  • Completing house and master air waybills according to Shipper's instructions;
  • Preparing freight invoices to agents and clients in a timely manner;
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors, airlines, and agents for cost and invoicing;
  • Monitoring shipment status and providing follow-up
  • Handling daily customer inquiries via phone and/or email;
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor;

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above educational qualification;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in air freight forwarding field;
  • Fair in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Knowledge in Cargowise1 is an advantage; Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Willingness to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills
