Now, we are hiring a Retail Operation Officer with the following responsibilities:
Merchandiser (Fashion Bag)

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle product development from factory sourcing, prototyping, order placement, product testing and quality control.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and terms.
  • Assist in cost analysis, prepare report for internal review.
  • Product analysis on product construction, material quality, consumption and sewing structure.
  • Co-ordinate and consolidate sales analyses and periodic reports. 
  • Monitor inventory through appropriate stock planning and allocation.
  • Support shipping/logistics flow and follow up shipment and delivery.  

Requirements:

  • No less than 5 years’ experience of product development of fashion bag & small leather goods
  • Excellent technical knowledge of construction & production process of fashion bag & small leather goods
  • Good knowledge of materials including PU, Nylon and hardware, etc.
  • Familiar with fashion trends of bag & small leather goods
  • A positive team player who is self-motivated, open-minded and flexible.
  • Good command of English & Chinese, good spoken Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word & Excel.
