Herbalgy is seeking a high-energy, execution-focused Marketing Executive to join our team.  You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between brand strategy and trade execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trade marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and product presence across all retail channels.

• Support the Manager in developing and deploying point-of-sale materials (POSM) and coordinating promotional activities with retail partners.

• Support brand positioning and communication strategies across digital & social, and offline channels.

• Assist in implementing in-market brand strategies while providing end-to-end operational and logistical support for marketing events.

• Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance to prepare data-driven reports that support continuous optimization and maximize brand ROI.

• Manage consumer inquiries across various channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.

• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance and handle ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience in brand management, trade marketing, or CRM. 

• Strong numeric sense and analytical mindset, with a demonstrated track record of interpreting campaign data to draw meaningful, actionable insights.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• A proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player with a creative and strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.

• Mature, dynamic, and able to effectively multitask, work independently, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in standard digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office application (particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting).
