Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Account Receivables and related tasks, including billing, revenue recognition, month end closing.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely invoice to customers.
• Work effectively with internal and external parties to resolve customer disputes and outstanding accounts.
• Prepare month-end reports, reconciliations and analysis for month end account closing and performance monitoring.

Requirements: 

• Member of accounting qualification with recognized professional bodies (Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional bodies)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience 
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCEL
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
• Immediate available is preferred.
