Business Support Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, liaise and review with internal departments for compiling all products' commission reports
  • Prepare productivity analysis of sales Teams
  • Handle payment and purchase order (PO) issues with vendors
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support sales operation

Job Requirements:

  • DSE graduate / Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well-organized
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
