Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, business processes, and project objectives
• Work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure alignment on business goals, requirements, and solution design
• Conduct data, workflow, and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in preparing business and functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and process documentation
• Participate in system testing activities and support user training sessions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), test plans, user guides, and other project artefacts
• Provide application support and assist Operation team for solving IT problem
• Provide application support to end-users, e.g. user acceptance test, user training, operation enquiry

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Business Administration, Information System or Computer Science related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in business analysis, solution development or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered)
• Experience in business requirement elicitation & analysis is preferred
• Experience in project management, CRM, ERP or helpdesk system is an advantage
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Detail‑minded, proactive, innovative, and able to work independently under pressure.
