Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice on a range of commercial and operational matters, including telecoms and infrastructure-related work.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors and business partners.
• Work closely with commercial, finance, operations and technical teams to support business activities.
• Identify legal risks and provide clear, practical and solutions-oriented advice.
• Handle and support civil litigation and dispute matters, including liaising with external counsel where required.
• Assist with corporate secretarial and general corporate matters as needed.
• Support broader legal projects and ad hoc matters from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Relevant in-house legal experience (including prior in-house role or meaningful in-house exposure) is preferred.
• Experience or exposure to telecommunications, technology, infrastructure or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Solid foundation in general commercial contracts, with good commercial awareness.
• Civil litigation experience is required.
• Exposure to company secretarial / corporate governance work is a plus.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple matters concurrently, and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable engaging directly with internal stakeholders and providing practical legal support.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
