Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including Account Receivable, bank transactions and journal vouchers;

• Monitor AR report for on-time payments and follow up with customers;

• Assist in stock take process;

• Perform intercompany transactions and reconciliation;

• Assist in month-end closing & accounting schedules;

• Handle ad hoc work assignments as required;

About you

• Diploma in Accounting or LCC Intermediate or equivalent;

• 5 years' or above working experience in accounting or retail industry;

• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting system practices;

• Hands on experience in MS Office (PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP) and accounting software systems;

• Self-starter, initiative with positive working attitude;
