We are a well-established fresh flower wholesale and retail company with a diversified product portfolio covering fresh flowers, potted plants, food and beverage products. To support our business expansion, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts to achieve business objectives and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Develop new business opportunities and explore potential markets to drive revenue growth.

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize business opportunities.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and business development plans.

• Conduct client meetings, negotiations and presentations to secure new business.

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

• Expand existing product categories, including Fresh/Preserved/Fake flowers, plants, fruit and bottled beverage, while identifying new market opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in B2B sales, key account management and business development.

• Experience in FMCG, hospitality food or beverage industry will be an advantage.

• Proven track record in developing new business and managing corporate accounts.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation.

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.

• Well-organized with strong planning and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP).

• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred.
