We are looking for a Customer Services & Sales Admin , who is highly self-motivated to cope with our diverse business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

• Follow up on order status and ensure smooth communication with customers.

• Provide administrative support to Corporate Brand Manager.

• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with customers and internal departments.

• Organize and maintain sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for customer quotations, invoices & internal departments.

• Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.

• Monitor sales performance and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.

• Ad-hoc assignment is required.

To qualify, individual must:

• 1 year or above of experience in customer service.

• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.

• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• A passion for flowers or floristry is a plus.
