Hip Hing Construction Company Limited, a main contractor in Hong Kong undertaking various types of building and civil engineering projects, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to fill in the following position for its Hong Kong projects: -
學徒(管工)

職責

  • 協助工地總管監督工程工序及協調各個分判商、監督工地人員施工過程
  • 與業主代表溝通，協助驗收工程材料及檢驗各工序之質量，確保施工質量符合標準
  • 預備巡查日報表、記錄工程進度及發出備忘錄予承判商作有關跟進
  • 協助工地實施安全管理，負責檢查工作地方和地盤安全，確保工地人員在安全環境下工作


要求

  • 完成中六（新高中學制）；或同等學歷
  • 成功取錄者將被安排參加為期3 – 4年「學徒訓練計劃」，計劃期內免費修讀兼讀制課程（基礎課程文憑（工程）及／或 建造管理學/土木工程高級文憑）
  • 銜接協興各項人才培訓計劃，培育成為日後工地總管接班人
