Role Overview
The Assistant Project Leader supports the operational delivery of the program, with a focus on marketing, administration, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategy and publicity initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders

• Develop and manage program materials and promotional content

• Drive recruitment of entries and manage submission follow-ups

• Coordinate logistics for assessment sessions and site visits

• Prepare judging materials and manage candidate engagement during evaluation sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in technology competitions or industry programs

• Strong skills in logistics management and stakeholder coordination
