WTIA is a young and energetic team that organizes events to promote mobile industry
and start-ups in HK. We are an IT association situated at Cyberport, the ICT hub of the region. We provide aplatform to connect people and facilitate the growth of the industry.We are currently looking for a project executive that can assist the WTIA team inexecuting multiple projects needed to push forward the growth of the Association interms of visibility, recognition, industrial significance and revenue.

Project Executive (5 day work)

• Organize and promote WTIA projects and events
• Liaise with WTIA members and partners for promotion and collaboration ofactivities
• To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest qualitystandard
• To develop the long-term relationship between the company and vendors/suppliers
• Social media marketing
• Prepare proposals and reports
• Provide office administration, accounting and operation support

We welcome passionate young people to join us. To take up the job, you are required tobe:

• Bachelor’s degree holder major in Communications, Event Management orMarketing preferred
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Goodmaster of Mandarin is a plus

• Tech savvy.

Proficiency in IT skills, with knowledge of design software, e.g. Photoshop

• Min. 1 year Wwork experience in Project Management, Event Management,Marketing or Communications.

Fresh graduate may be considered but prior workexperience is preferred

• Outgoing, goal-oriented and detail-minded
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• A well-rounded team player
