Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Project Executive or Senior Project Executive to join our dynamic team. This role project administration, documentation, and operational coordination, supporting both formal project deliverables and member engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and execute industry and community events, including networking sessions, activities and delegation tours

• Break down project plans into actionable tasks and maintain progress tracking records

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, tracking logs, and submissions

• Provide administrative, accounting, and operational support to the project team

• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for seminars, workshops, and conferences

• Collaborate with stakeholders locally and internationally, including partners and members

• Liaise with participants and ensure all required information and documentation are properly collected and filed

• Monitor on-site execution and document issues, actions taken, and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in project administration, coordination, or event operations; knowledge in digital marketing a plus.

• Strong experience in documentation, reporting, and administrative processes

• Proficiency in MS Office, graphic and GenAI tools

• Experience in member-based organizations or industry associations is an advantage
