Key Responsibilities (Job Duties)

• Use AI-assisted coding tools (like Cursor, Firebase, aistudio, etc) to rapidly build and deploy internal web apps or scripts for the team.

• Develop tools for the design and video teams to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., AI-powered batch image editing, automatic subtitle generation, or voice-over syncing).

• Build and maintain smart assistants/Chatbots (using LLM APIs) to help our CS team handle inquiries and summarize feedback.

• We will use APIs to build an internal work app and leverage artificial intelligence technology to improve the efficiency of the editorial department.

• Continuously test new AI tools in the market and recommend which ones the company should adopt.

Requirement (Skills & Qualifications)

• 1–3 years of experience in Python, Node.js, React.js, or Javascript. You should be comfortable working with APIs and databases.

• High proficiency in AI-assisted development (must have experience using Cursor, or similar LLM-based coding environments).

• A strong interest in digital media, graphic design, or video production workflows.

• You focus on delivering the useful tools quickly rather than perfect code architecture.

• Good command of English and Cantonese.

• Knowledge a Git is a plus

• Demonstrated understanding of business revenue and budget planning, particularly concerning the investment costs of LLM development and AI projects.
