Senior DevOps Engineer / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as hybrid system and software engineer and take ownership for scaling, automation, monitoring when the system is running in the real world.

  • Participate in designing and building the highly-scalable and fault-tolerant microservice systems with latest bleeding-edge technologies.

  • Collaborate with a fast-moving agile team to define, design and ship new features.


Requirements

  • Adaptive to change.

  • Relevant degree and 3+ years solid experience in solution architecture, system administration or large scale distributed systems.

  • Previous DevOps experiences are a must.

  • Solid experience with Linux environment.

  • Solid experience with a scripting language (eg. PHP / Python / JavaScript).

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (eg. AWS / GCE / OpenStack / Aliyun / Tencent Cloud / BytePlus Cloud).

  • Hands on experience on container technology (eg. Docker / Rancher / Kubernetes).

  • Previous experience in SOA / microservice system development is a must.

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (eg. Cloudformation / Terraform) is a plus.

  • Experience with continuous delivery infrastructure is a plus.

  • Experience with container technology in production is a plus.
