[ Online Interview ] Digital Sales Executive

Your Role

  • Execute online promotion campaigns to acquire new customers and nurture customer loyalty
  • Resolve customers’ inquiries through interactive online platforms e.g. Live Chat, Instant Messenger & other social media
  • Engage customers effectively and perform consultative selling on HKT products & services

 

Working location

  • Kwai Hing

 

Working hours

  • 42.5 hours per week
  • Shift duty (including weekend & public holidays) is required

 

To succeed in this role

  • F.5 / DSE or above with 2 years of sales experience or Degree holder in any discipline
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (typing speed at 30+ wpm for Chinese and 40+ wpm for English)
  • Knowledge on Tsangjei Coding Scheme (倉頡) or Quick Input Method (速成) is preferred
  • Self-driven, service oriented and able to perform multi-tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in e-commerce / digital marketing / online store operation is preferred
