(Online Interview) Technical Service Executive – Hotline Service

Your Role

  • Handle technical support enquiries in a professional manner
  • Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer's request efficiently
  • Promote company products / services

 

Working location

  • Shatin (nearby City One Town)

 

Working hours

  • 42.5 or 48 working hours per week (optional to candidates)
  • Willing to take up day or night or overnight shift duty (optional to candidates) and work on weekends & public holidays

 

To succeed in this role

  • F.5 / DSE or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Service Representative
  • Knowledge of broadband / electronic products
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
