Duties: Appointees will be responsible for teaching Conveyancing or other key subjects listed below as part of evening or weekend preparatory workshops for the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination (“OLQE”). Instruction will be delivered in English or on a bilingual basis (Mandarin is preferred over Cantonese), with content focused on Hong Kong law. Teaching will take place in Sheung Shui, and the primary audience comprises local and Mainland PRC candidates preparing for the OLQE.

Requirements: Applicants must be qualified practicing Barristers or Solicitors in Hong Kong. They should hold a Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor or equivalent qualification along with the PCLL Certificate, or be qualified overseas legal practitioners who have passed the OLQE examination. Prior teaching experience in OLQE subjects is an advantage.
