Senior Quality Assurance Officer in the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Unit (in the grade of Senior Executive Officer)
Duties: The appointee will provide support to various internal and external quality assurance and enhancement processes including but not limited to the following:
- to compile and review accreditation documents;
- to provide secretarial support for academic and quality assurance committees or working groups;
- to liaise with internal and external parties, including HKCAAVQ;
- to organise mock review exercises, meetings and briefings;
- to support the development of relevant procedures and guidelines;
- to support any other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a recognised degree with at least 6 years' relevant working experience in academic quality assurance, preferably within the higher and/or continuing education sector. A master’s degree qualification will be an advantage. The appointee should be detail-minded and be able to work both independently and in a team. He/She should possess good problem-solving and time management skills. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and good computer proficiency are required. Experience and skills in the use of AI tools and applications will be an advantage.
Terms of appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
