Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Job requirement

  • Registered Pharmacist OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Science related discipline
  • At least 3 years' quality assurance experience at supervisory level
  • At least 3 years' working experience in a GMP certified factory at supervisory level
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Language proficiency in English and Cantonese and preferably Putonghua
  • Good command of WORD and Excel

 

Job description

  • To establish quality management system and procedure
  • To compile and establish standard operating procedure directly related to product quality
  • To verify specification and testing protocol related to the quality of materials and products
  • To evaluate raw material vendors and vendors for the supply of material in direct contact with the product
  • To co-ordinate with research and development and production staff to validate production process and procedure
  • To co-ordinate with production staff on factory layout and purchase of facilities in the factory
  • To participate in manufacturing facilities update
  • To evaluate non-conformance report and complaint related to product quality
  • To improve in-process control monitor
  • To review production environment to minimize the possibility of cross contamination
  • To monitor stability of finished product
  • To manage internal quality audit
  • To establish procedure for returned goods and non-conforming product including expired materials
  • To design training program to factory staff and workers
  • To take up research and development responsibility in the absence and Research and Development Head
  • To co-ordinate product recall
  • To oversee QC Department
