Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Build and nurture key client and strategic partner relationships (associations, media).
• Lead the full lifecycle of B2B marketing projects and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and strengthen global brand presence.
• Create compelling marketing content across digital channels (product marketing, brand storytelling).
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or traditional Chinese medicine is a MUST.
• A minimum of 2-3 years in consumer marketing and media marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, targeting, and promotional activities.
• Experience and knowledge in media planning and replacement.
• Good command of spoken and written Putonghua, English and Cantonese.
• Occasional travel to China & overseas is required.
