Customer Service Officer
To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a energetic and passionate candidate to join our Customer Service Team to promote our services.
What you will be doing?
Handle customer inquiries with a professional and customer-centric approach, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their concerns
Coordinate and support between external customers and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events
Manage the relationship with existing customers
You need to be
Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Textile Technology or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years’ experience in customer services
1- 2 years experience in testing laboratory is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive learning attitude
Details-oriented, organized and good player
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Immediately available is a definite advantage
