Sales Executive – Softlines Testing
To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a energetic and passionate candidate to join our Business Development Team to promote our services in Softlines.
What you will be doing?
Generate new business through targeted outreach (events, presentations, direct mail, telemarketing), networking, cold calling, and site visits/consultations to build a qualified pipeline.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored testing solutions; prepare compelling quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager, laboratory operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide technical consultation.
Grow and retain accounts by nurturing relationships, securing repeat business, upselling, and driving referrals.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records for activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
You need to be
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Analytical Chemistry or Textile Chemistry or equivalent discipline.
At least 2 years’ solid business development experience, preferably in laboratory or testing or technical industries
Good business acumen, aggressive to achieve sales target, and result-oriented
A team player with good interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Candidates with laboratory experience are encouraged to apply, even without prior business development background.
