What you will be doing?

• Continuously update the chemical regulatory related database which include but not limited to EU REACHs, countries, US state law, Federal, China.
• Consolidate the digested information in the requested formats, including internal and external newsletters, summary tables, technical guidelines, etc.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and advice to internal staff, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Regularly update and review client manuals to incorporate the latest regulatory updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.
• Handle technical enquiries and provide consultation to clients on test program development and delivery.
• Ad-hoc project(s) assigned by superior / line manager.

You need to be:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years solid experience in the field of consumer product testing for focus markets (EU and US markets).
• Self-motivated, independent, good problem-solving skills, and with good communication skills.
• Good in organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships both internally and externally.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
