TS-Calmet is a supporting department in HAECO, playing an important role to provide tool calibration and maintenance support, in order to maintain a high-quality aircraft maintenance service.
Reporting to Engineer or Assistant Engineer in TS-Calmet, to perform tool calibration tasks in daily operation. Perform Tools/Equipment physical check, cleaning, testing and calibration of assigned tasks under supervision, and liaison with front line users to ensure all the tools was calibrated on schedule. Maintain laboratory calibration tools and equipment in good condition. Assist in ad-hoc assigned duties by supervisors.
What You’ll Do
- To perform Tools/Equipment physical check, cleaning, testing and calibration of assigned tasks under supervision
- Implement and administer the quality and systems as to ensure data accuracy and prepare test report
- To assist in ad-hoc assigned duties by supervisors
- To maintain laboratory calibration tools and equipment in good condition
- To report to Engineer / Assistant Engineer in case of any significant discrepancy or deficiency found within his area
- To perform the regular checking & inter-comparisons of all master tool standards assigned by Engineer / Assistant Engineer
- To perform jobs and minor projects assigned by Engineer / Assistant Engineer
What You Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Aircraft / Component maintenance & experience use of maintenance tools, or
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tool calibration or 1 year of experience on budgeting measurement uncertainty per ISO GUM will be an advantage,
- Less experience will be considered in lower position
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Completion of Higher Diploma / Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical stream (equivalent or above)
- Good command of English and Chinese – both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Interested in Calibration and equipment testing
- Ability to use MS Office products
