Officer (Ramp Services)

What You'll Do

  • Manage aircraft interior or exterior cleaning activities
  • Manage aircraft cleaning equipment, toolings and materials
  • Manage RS manpower or facilities planning & control function
  • Manage and analyse the workload and capacity, manhour, time record, NRC, tally, etc
  • Ensure that the team operation is run cost effectively and in the conversant with their duties.
  • Monitor team to ensure high quality cleaning standards are achieved and that the resources are used in an effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance of CAD regulatory, company policies and procedures, management directives and customer requirements within the team.
  • Liaison with all customers to ensure their special requirements, requests and complaint is promptly addressed.
  • Liaison and co-ordinate with other departments for all matters relating to the daily operations of RS.
  • Drive the team to adapt the change in dynamic business environment.
  • Lead cell improvement projects to contribute the departmental KPI improvement.
  • Identify and develop staff for advancement. Provide recommendations for training, promotion, salary reviews and general discipline. Responsible for the training plan of the team.
  • Liaison and coordinate with other departments for all matters relating to the daily operations, work man-hours recording, invoicing or budgeting preparation, prepare for the new services of new customer.
  • Capture, record and collect Ramp Services different working data and performance produce different weekly, monthly and other reports for KPI setting and performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Assist Head of Section (Ramp Services) to maintain operation efficiency in respect of agreed standards and aircraft turnaround times.
  • Execute the task which assigned by Head of Section (Ramp Services).
  • Motivate teammates to develop their own careers as directed by the company’s career development policy.
  • Execute the safety procedures are strictly complied by frontline staff.


What You Need

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

  • Seeking for any business opportunities for Ramp Services sustainable development.
  • Assist Head of Section (Ramp Services) to oversee daily operations of Ramp Services.
  • Lead teammates to accomplish assigned tasks.

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Recognized Degree/Higher diploma/ Diploma in any disciplines, business / management related an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Ramp Services experience.
  • Production knowledge in line or base maintenance is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
