Responsibilities:

• Lead C&B team to handle payroll and benefits administration, taxation, salary surveys, performance management, salary review, bonus award, manpower budget, and insurances

• Assist to formulate, revamp, and implement HR policies and procedures, such as, staff retention strategies, pay scale, medical subsidy scheme, job description/ranking and contract administration

• Participate in HRIS enhancement

• Compile HR reports and analytics for strategic review, planning and decision-making

• Perform other HR duties/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or other related disciplines

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in which 2 years in supervisory level

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations.

• Independent, detail-minded, responsible, analytical, flexible, and able to work under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office application, advanced level in Excel

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
