Duties:
Take ownership of the academic program related to Beauty and be responsible for program quality
Execute to achieve pre-set goals and explore ways to improve
Supervise subordinates and part-time lecturers
Contribute to and support program development, market research, and business development
Build business networks and partnerships with professional organizations and institutes
Requirements:
Sub-degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines; applicants for the Head of Programme position are expected to possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field
A minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years of relevant experience in academic program management, sales and marketing, and business networking
Possession of local and/or non-local adult education or higher education experience is an advantage
Knowledge in industry practices within the fields of Beauty
Result-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and patient
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
