Duties:

• Liaise with different stakeholders including external parties on programme matters

• Undertake programme planning and development

• Facilitating communication among a program’s cross-functional team

• Assess programme performance, manage and utilize marketing resources across projects

• Supervise a team of academic staff in the respective team

• Strategically guide teammates to ensure the team work effectively towards the program’s objectives and support business initiatives

• Carry out academic and student activities e.g. student recruitment & admission

• Fulfil teaching duties where required

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

• At least 4 years’ working experience, of which 2 years’ teaching related discipline and, preferably with experience in programme management and external accreditation

• Hands-on experience in the management of Applied Learning courses would be an advantage

• Demonstrable strong leadership and agility in an ever-changing environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
