Duties:
Provide overall academic and operational leadership for the Sports Programmes
Plan, develop, implement, and review programme curricula in alignment with institutional strategy, industry needs, and accreditation requirements
Oversee programme quality assurance, academic standards, and compliance with internal and external regulations
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, and design course materials and learning activities
Coordinate student admissions and provide support to part-time teaching staff and coaches
Establish and maintain strong links with sports organisations, governing bodies, and industry partners
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
A Master’s degree or above in Sports Coaching, Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Management, or a closely related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level
Recognised coaching qualifications and/or professional certifications in relevant sports disciplines
Proven experience in teaching and/or training in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields at the tertiary or professional level
Experience in programme coordination and academic management is highly desirable
Experience working with National Sports Associations (NSAs) is an advantage
Formal training or qualifications in education, teaching, or assessment are preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Work occasional weekday evenings and weekends
