Duties: 

• Provide overall academic and operational leadership for the Sports Programmes

• Plan, develop, implement, and review programme curricula in alignment with institutional strategy, industry needs, and accreditation requirements

• Oversee programme quality assurance, academic standards, and compliance with internal and external regulations

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, and design course materials and learning activities

• Coordinate student admissions and provide support to part-time teaching staff and coaches

• Establish and maintain strong links with sports organisations, governing bodies, and industry partners

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree or above in Sports Coaching, Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Management, or a closely related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level

• Recognised coaching qualifications and/or professional certifications in relevant sports disciplines

• Proven experience in teaching and/or training in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields at the tertiary or professional level

• Experience in programme coordination and academic management is highly desirable

• Experience working with National Sports Associations (NSAs) is an advantage

• Formal training or qualifications in education, teaching, or assessment are preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Work occasional weekday evenings and weekends
