Duties:

• Formulate, implement and continuously review marketing plans and budgets, with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness, recruitment growth and the achievement of enrolment targets.

• Lead and drive internal promotion initiatives to enhance student articulation, through structured planning, effective execution and cross-departmental alignment.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with academic departments and key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate programme positioning and aligned marketing strategies.

• Oversee the development, production and quality assurance of integrated marketing materials across digital, OOH and print channels, ensuring consistency with institutional branding and campaign objectives.

• Lead and manage direct marketing initiatives and recruitment events, encompassing planning, execution oversight, performance monitoring and post-event review to maximise engagement and conversion outcomes.

• Drive the development and optimisation of referral schemes and other direct recruitment initiatives by engaging relevant stakeholders and strengthening partnership effectiveness to improve overall recruitment performance.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Business or related subjects

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in which 5 years in related nature

• Self-motivated, detailed minded and be able to work independently

• Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken English and Putonghua

• Experience in delivering training, conducting classes, or serving as a speaker in public talks or seminars will be considered an advantage.

• Experience in Photoshop / AI is preferred
