Duties:
Teach modules Higher Diploma in Music Production for Creative Industries, such as:
Popular Instrumental Applications / Contemporary Performance
Stage Management / Stage Sound Design and Engineering / Stage Lighting Design
Music Studio Production / Music Technology for Media / Recording and Mixing Audio Production / Studio Construction and Operation
Creativity and Composition / Music Theory
Music in World Cultures / Contemporary Music Applications
Music and Media Arts
Start-ups in The Business World
Perform other academic and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in an appropriate discipline; with a Master’s Degree and/or Professional Qualification are/is preferred
At least 2 years’ relevant working experience; teaching experience is preferred
Relevant industrial experience / qualifications are preferred for teaching related modules
For related course(s), preference will be given to candidates with knowledge / experience as follows:
Participation in international music grading exams, such as ABRSM, Trinity, RSL, or any relevant qualifications
Knowledge of DAW software including Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Ableton Live X, or above versions
Knowledge of Audio Programming software (Max/MSP)
