Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement leadership programmes and national education activities
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to organize events
Coordinate and occasionally lead student exchange programme to Chinese Mainland or other countries
Provide administrative support to the department and guidance to student society
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines
Have at least 5 years of solid working experience (in event management, Chinese culture or history is an advantage)
Good command of written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
