Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of career development programmes and services, including career workshops, exploration activities, and student support initiatives

• Provide guidance and counselling services to students on career exploration and further development pathways

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to organize career-related activities and initiatives

• Coordinate and participate in exchange or learning activities in the Chinese Mainland or overseas, where required

• Provide administrative and operational support to the department to ensure smooth programme delivery

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in career services, student development, social work, counselling or related fields

• Demonstrated interest in career development, student employability, and youth development

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Resourceful, self‑motivated, and responsible, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment

• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Officer
