Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the mega events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and brand identity;

• Lead the end-to-end project management for assigned events, taking full ownership of budgets, timelines, deliverables, and on-site execution to ensure seamless operations;

• Manage the multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print and etc.) to drive audience acquisition and engagement;

• Research education technology trends to identify new opportunities for event growth and innovation;

• Lead marketing and operational efforts for mega events, coordinating internal teams, agencies, and vendors;

• Collaborate with external partners to develop and execute event programming, including conferences, awards ceremonies, and networking sessions;

• Cultivate strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, developing strategies to integrate their content and activations to enhance event value;

• Analyze post-event data and performance metrics to evaluate success, derive actionable insights, and inform future event strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines;

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing or event management, with 2 years of supervisory experience;

• A proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events;

• Strong, practical skills with digital marketing tools and data analysis platforms;

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines;

• Creative problem-solving ability with agile thinking to address challenges;

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently;

• Knowledge of or interest in the education technology sector is preferred;

• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
