Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective corporate communications and publicity strategies, including CRM programs, to achieve company goals and enhance brand propositions;

• Implement online and offline corporate communication activities and events to increase brand awareness and promote company services;

• Deliver high-quality content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, press releases, annual reports, newsletter, speeches and presentations etc;

• Manage media relations, monitor the media landscape, and support crisis communication efforts to safeguard the company's reputation;

• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal staff to develop communications materials;

• Assist in departmental administrative tasks, including procurement and support other ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Multi-Media, Linguistics or related disciplines;

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Event Management, Journalism and Public Relations;

• Strong skills in content management, social media management, copywriting, editing and presentation;

• Proven success in managing PR agencies or working within a PR agency, including crafting press releases, coordinating press conferences, and fostering media relationships;

• Proactive and creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset, self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by an outgoing personality and a positive attitude;

• Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines and collaborating effectively within a team.
