Responsibilities: 

• Review and negotiate with suppliers on airport and ground services related agreements, ensuring the best value is achieved for the company;
• Assist in supplier proposals evaluation and selection;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract approval;
• Assist in the preparation of the ground handling cost budget;
• Identify hazard and risk, prepare risk assessment and, if being assigned as Risk Owner, has the authority and responsibility to make decisions regarding risk tolerability with respect to ground handling operations relevant to safety and/or security;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required;
• Overseas travel is required.

Qualifications

• University graduate;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, in particular ground services procurement;
• Good understanding on ground operations;
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
• Logical thinking, well organized and attentive to details;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
