This position is responsible for delivering exceptional, consistent, and high‑quality beverage service to all patrons and guests, while continuously developing skills in fine‑dining service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and guests with a warm, professional manner; present menus, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining and drinking experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages - including classic and signature cocktails with consistency and high quality.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery through effective coordination with service and upsell items and inform them about new beverages and specials.
• Maintain the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of patrons and guests’ satisfaction and expectations
• Ensure smooth bar operations by managing drink preparation, quality control, and efficient workflow.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards, including age verification when required.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including glassware, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members, communicating any issues that may affect operations.
• Assist with stock control and replenishing supplies to support seamless service.
• Consistently perform all assigned duties with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experiences in hotels, clubs or fine dining restaurants preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-versed in wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required.
