Job Responsibilities & Accountability:

• Coordinate regular financial reviews to prepare accurate reporting and evaluate departmental performance results.

• Conduct comprehensive commercial analysis focusing on cost efficiency, revenue, and profitability to provide insight to the management for decision-making

• Engage in financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and project post-mortems.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize and standardize control processes.

• Act as the primary business partner to key business units, ensuring alignment and communication.

• Collaborate with the accounting shared service team to maintain financial reporting accuracy, and manage audit matters

• Participate in planning and execution of stocktaking activities, liaising with other departments as needed

• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

• Perform the ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience

• Member of professional accounting bodies preferred

• Experience in internal or external audit/control is advantageous

• Familiar with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards

• Well-versed in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

• Good interpersonal and communication, problem solving and analytical skills

• Quick learner with an open-minded approach

• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

• Independent, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
