高級大廈管理員 - 西貢 (早班) [Ref: TMHC - SBATT]

職 務:

  • 監察外判保安及清潔工作，巡視屋邨所有範圍，並於有需要時採取適當行動；
  • 與住戶保持良好關係，處理簡單投訴及維修。

資 歷:

  • 兩年或以上大廈保安及管理經驗，具一般維修技能；
  • 能操流利粵語，簡單日常英語及書寫簡單的中文報告；
  • 須持有有效保安員證及認可機構之保安人員訓練証書。
