The Job

  • Implement planned maintenance programmes for the estates and properties.
  • Carry out regular inspection to estates / properties and report conditions.
  • Prepare design, tender document for maintenance and improvement work.
  • Evaluate tenders, prepare tender reports and administer contracts.
  • Prepare estimates and budget for maintenance works.
  • Monitor performance of consultants and contractors for execution of maintenance works.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance / improvement contract works.
  • Give professional advice to property management and building owners in respect of maintenance matters.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates in carrying out their work.
  • Attend to emergency repair when required.
  • Carry out inspections and assessments; and prepare reports independently for applications under various schemes for assisting building owners in maintenance and repair.

The Person

  • A professional qualification in Architecture, Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in construction or other related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • In-depth and comprehensive professional and technical knowledge and well versed with internal policies and procedures.
